Vida Jovem counts on the work of twenty-six professionals in the areas of administration and education.

The team is coordinated by the Executive Director, trained in social service and psychology; two program coordinators; a financial administrative coordinator; a development/events coordinator; and an administrative assistant.

Each home is managed by a house mother, normally with a college degree or equivalent, and an assistant. 

Complementary education courses are given by eight teachers.
