Residential Program The objectives of our homes is to offer our scholars a family-like environment filled with love. In addition, our homes attempt to develop the children, physically and psychologically, for life’s challenges. The children receive a good education, leading them towards an honorable and independent future. They are provided orientation in health, hygiene, nutrition, and cultural awareness. Surrounded by a family-like atmosphere, each home depends on a social mother to care for the children, providing love, nurturing, and attention. Moreover, the children count on the psychological support and health plan which, added to this enriched environment, stimulate the development of each resident scholar. Each home provides shelter for eight to ten children between six and eighteen years old. All of the resident scholars participate in the educational courses and extra-curricular activities at the Vatterott Educational and Cultural Center. Location The homes are located in the Ipiranga neighborhood in the city of São Paulo, which offers:
