Vatterott Educational and Cultural Center

The Vatterott Educational and Cultural Center was imagined as a means to complement the education received at school in a more efficient way, with better infrastructure and increased hours in the mornings and evenings, either before or after school, depending on the scholar’s schedule.

The center not only provides a space for the scholars who participate in the Vida Jovem program, but also for the children of the community. In this way, the children are exposed to an educational and extracurricular option that will promote healthy values and stimulate post-secondary degree education.

The center is named after John Vatterott, Boys Hope Girls Hope Board member, who made a significant donation to expand the Boys Hope Girls Hope programs in Latin America.  The construction of this center would not have been possible without his generous donation.
